At Action Hobbies, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Exclusions: Certain items, such as custom or personalized products, clearance items, and gift cards, are not eligible for returns.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at sales@actionhobbies.com.au.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Custom or personalized items.

  • Clearance or sale items.

  • Gift cards.

5. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning items, except in cases where the product is defective or the return is due to our error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing time:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide photos of the damage, including the packaging, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
